At night, Beeline subscribers in Uzbekistan noticed that calls were being made spontaneously from their numbers. The incident quickly sparked discussion on social networks and concern among users.
The company explained that the reason was a planned modernization of the billing system. Due to the peculiarities of the network services, calls could be delayed by several hours or interrupted. At the same time, communication and the Internet continued to work without interruptions.
As a result, the hambi application is also temporarily unavailable, and service in offices and the contact center is limited. Beeline promises full restoration of all services after the completion of technical work and apologizes to subscribers for the inconvenience.
