IT Park Uzbekistan and the Pakistani initiative Silicon Village have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing innovation and supporting startup ecosystems. The parties agreed to strengthen interaction between technological communities and create conditions for projects to enter international markets.
The document provides for the exchange of experience in startup incubation and acceleration, as well as joint work on the commercialization of technological solutions. Silicon Village, based in Islamabad, brings together infrastructure for entrepreneurs, including co-working spaces, partner networks, and professional communities.
Within the framework of the partnership, joint events are planned – forums, exhibitions, and roadshows – which will help startups find new investors and clients. The cooperation will also cover personnel training, the development of digital technologies, and the formation of effective innovation policies in both countries.
