Discussions covered corporate governance modernization, implementation of international standards, and measures to strengthen Uzbekneftegaz's financial stability. Plans for expanding geological exploration, increasing hydrocarbon reserves, and digitalizing the industry were also highlighted.
During the negotiations, special attention was paid to practical financing instruments. Credit lines, support for import contracts, issuance of Panda-bond format bonds, and debt management were discussed. The parties also touched upon risk hedging mechanisms. In 2026, the company plans to reduce borrowing costs and expand access to long-term capital.
