Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, IT Park Ventures, and Enterprise Uzbekistan held a meeting with the management of the British venture fund Sturgeon Capital. The parties discussed expanding investment partnerships, integrating local technology companies into the international ecosystem, and developing the venture market in the country.

The main focus is on attracting foreign capital into rapidly growing areas. Priorities include artificial intelligence, fintech, SaaS solutions, and digital infrastructure. Possible joint investments in promising projects were discussed, as well as mechanisms for supporting startups at various stages of growth.

Separately, the parties touched upon the exchange of international expertise: investment analysis, due diligence, team selection, and portfolio company management. Approaches to improving the regulatory environment, based on British practices, were also considered, which should simplify capital attraction and accelerate the development of Uzbekistan's venture ecosystem.
