Sonect announced its entry into the Uzbekistan market as part of the Global Business Services Forum 2026. The company's management discussed with Sherzod Shermatov, the country's Minister of Digital Technologies, plans for launching the business and further expanding its presence.

One of the key directions will be the creation of operational BPO centers in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Fergana. The parties also discussed the training of qualified personnel, organizing services for foreign clients, and utilizing support opportunities from the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem.

Sonect's entry into the Uzbek market is the result of negotiations previously held in Moscow and Tashkent. The company also announced the completion of its rebranding and the official start of operations in the country. Authorities expect that the new project will help strengthen Uzbekistan's position as a regional hub for global business services and attract new directions in BPO outsourcing.
