The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan plans to launch the "E-Rozilik" platform, which will allow citizens to issue electronic consents when receiving a number of public services. The corresponding bill has been submitted for public discussion, and the system is scheduled to launch on August 1, 2026.

Through the new platform, users will be able to undergo remote identification using Face ID or MyID technologies, integrated with the automated "Pasport-viza" system. Electronic consent will be used for issuing international biometric passports for minors, independent travel abroad for citizens aged 15 to 18, obtaining ID cards for persons under 16, registration at the place of residence, and other migration procedures.

Consent issued through "E-Rozilik" will have the same legal force as a paper document. A fee of 50% of the basic calculated value is provided for using the service through the mobile application, and 30% when applying to migration units. Consent can be revoked before the service is completed, but the paid fee is not refundable. The validity period of the electronic permit will be up to one month.
