iSON Xperiences is considering Uzbekistan for launching an offshore customer service center in the field of business process outsourcing (BPO). In the first phase, the project envisages creating about 100 jobs for specialists fluent in Russian.

The prospects for opening the center were discussed by the Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, and the Chief Operating Officer of iSON Xperiences, Rami Sweis, during the Global Business Services Forum 2026. The company plans to expand its team further and attract specialists to work with clients in English, German, Turkish, and other languages.

iSON Xperiences was founded in 2011 and specializes in customer service and BPO services. Currently, the company unites over 18,000 employees in 19 countries, manages more than 40 operational centers, and processes over 50 million customer inquiries from international brands monthly. IT Park Uzbekistan reported that the project could attract investments, create new skilled jobs, and strengthen the country's position in the global digital services market.
