The international company Trenkwalder Group is considering launching business process outsourcing (BPO) and back-office services operations in Uzbekistan. The prospects of entering the country's market were discussed by Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, and Emrah Dinç, Director of Operational Excellence at Trenkwalder Group, at the Global Business Services Forum 2026.
The company is exploring the possibility of using Uzbekistan as a platform for recruiting specialists, serving foreign clients, and establishing a service center. In the initial phase, Trenkwalder plans to form a team of approximately 100 employees with further business expansion. Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan spoke about the country's human resources potential, government support measures, and opportunities for developing export-oriented service projects.
Trenkwalder Group was founded in 1985 and specializes in human resources management and business process outsourcing. The company operates in 16 European countries, has about 200 offices and over 20,000 employees, and its annual turnover exceeds €700 million. The potential launch of operations in Uzbekistan could create new skilled jobs, increase the export of BPO services, and strengthen the country's cooperation with European businesses in HR and digital services.
