From January to July 2026, Uzbekistan assimilated $32.9 billion in foreign investments and loans. This figure was 31.1% higher than the established parameters, according to the country's Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade.
The main part of the funds — $30.3 billion — came from direct foreign investments and loans. At the same time, the regions of Uzbekistan assimilated $24.3 billion in seven months, exceeding the planned target by 61.8%.

Authorities continue to support investment projects in cooperation with responsible departments and regional administrations. The main focus is on adhering to project implementation deadlines, resolving emerging problems, and accelerating the launch of new production facilities.
To maintain investment growth, state structures conduct targeted work with project initiators and foreign investors, and regularly monitor the implementation of agreements.
The Ministry notes that such work should ensure the timely launch of investment projects and a further increase in the volume of foreign investments in the country's regions.
