Uzbekistan hosted a "Demo Day" for startup projects, organized by the Agency for Innovative Development under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. The event was timed to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the country's independence and was dedicated to the development of the startup ecosystem and new mechanisms for interaction between innovative projects and large businesses.

Around 40 startup authors presented their developments and business ideas. In total, about 60 people participated in the event, including investors, representatives of venture funds, heads of large production clusters, and entrepreneurs. Participants presented their projects to potential partners and discussed prospects for their further development.

Following the meetings, the parties considered opportunities for financing startups, implementing developments into real production, and launching joint projects. The organizers expect that such platforms will help connect local innovative companies with large businesses, expand startups' access to investments, and accelerate the practical implementation of new technologies into Uzbekistan's economy.
