A new SMS service has been launched in Uzbekistan, allowing citizens to monitor the review of their appeals to state bodies. Information about each stage is displayed in the personal account on pm.gov.uz, and progress notifications are also sent to the registered phone number.

After a response is prepared, the citizen receives an SMS with a link to their personal account. There, they can review the result and choose one of two options: "Agree," if the issue is resolved and the answer is satisfactory, or "I have an objection," if the problem remains unresolved. In the latter case, the appeal is returned to the executor for reconsideration.
The new feedback mechanism was launched by the Presidential People's Reception Office in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies. This gives citizens the opportunity to control the entire process of their appeal – from submission to receiving a response and evaluating the quality of its review.
