"Uzbekneftegaz" plans to increase daily natural gas production by 3.9 million m³ through the commissioning of new wells. The corresponding instruction was given by the Chairman of the Board, Abdugani Sanginov. Another 460 thousand m³ per day are expected to be obtained after the major overhaul of 16 wells. These tasks must be completed before the end of the nine-month period, with 24 days remaining at the time of the meeting.

The management has been instructed to accelerate the commissioning of wells planned for September, as well as to analyze the efficiency of each field and facility. The company intends to stabilize production rates relative to last year and more effectively utilize existing reserves. Concurrently, the system's enterprises must increase the production of gas condensate, sulfur, and liquefied gas – by the end of the year, the goal is to achieve 120% of the established plan.

The meeting also discussed preparations for the autumn-winter period, prevention of emergency shutdowns, investment projects, and digitalization. In particular, booster compressor stations must be fully ready for operation by October 1. In addition, "Uzbekneftegaz" has set deadlines for the implementation of "E-Kon", "Drilling Center", ERP and BI systems, and the completion of digitalization of oil depots.
