From October 5–7, Tashkent hosted the international Cybersecurity Summit — Central Eurasia (CSS 2026), bringing together over 600 delegates from more than 30 countries. Participants discussed critical infrastructure protection, business and digital system security, personal data integrity, and threats associated with artificial intelligence development. The event was organized by the Cybersecurity Center of Uzbekistan and the British company Dialogue Events.

One of the main events was the Cyberkent 4.0 competition, held on October 5–6, involving over 2500 participants and guests. The program included seven tracks, including Red Team for finding vulnerabilities and testing system security, and Blue Team, where teams practiced attack detection, virtual infrastructure protection, and incident aftermath mitigation. For practical tasks, a Cyberkent model was prepared, based on 24 real addresses. Participants also competed in CTF, Bug Bounty, and CyberQuiz, and analyzed artificial intelligence threats.

Representatives from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, and European organizations emphasized the importance of international experience exchange: cyberattacks are not limited by national borders, so protection requires joint action. Participants specifically noted the practical benefits of Red Team and Blue Team scenarios for testing defense mechanisms and preparing for potential attacks. The summit became a platform for professional interaction and discussion of solutions that allow adapting international experience to the conditions of Central Eurasian countries.
