Chinese technology companies are considering entering the Uzbekistan market and establishing representative offices in the country. Prospects for cooperation were discussed on October 14 by representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan and a delegation from Qianfan Tuohai Consulting Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. According to the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, the Chinese side presented its developments and main areas of activity. The meeting participants reviewed practical business conditions, including legal entity registration, office rental, and support measures available to foreign investors.

Mingshang Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Jurui Cloud Control Technology Co., Ltd. expressed interest in establishing local structures. Company representatives explored possible operating formats in Uzbekistan and prospects for interaction with IT Park Uzbekistan. Jahongir Kagirov, Director of the organization's Export Development Department, told the guests about the national IT ecosystem and conditions for foreign technology investors. Special attention was paid to the development of data center infrastructure and the implementation of projects in the field of digital technologies.

The negotiations also discussed the Khan Tengri Innovation Hub initiative, in which Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan participate. The project is designed to help Central Asian technology companies enter the markets of Chinese cities, including Shenzhen, establish direct business contacts, and find partners among local IT companies. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue consultations on business registration, office space selection, and the use of support mechanisms for foreign investors. The discussion covered both the organization of Chinese companies' presence in Uzbekistan and potential cooperation in the development and implementation of digital solutions.
