Khokim of Tashkent region Zoir Mirzaev met with Assistant Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia Imrahim al-Mubarak. The parties noted the sustainable development of trade, economic and investment ties between the countries, emphasizing the role of open dialogue between the leadership of Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.
The focus was on the importance of the Tashkent region as a densely populated and economically active region. Mirzaev noted the potential for the implementation of large projects in industry, energy, infrastructure, services and tourism, emphasizing the readiness to create transparent and supportive conditions for foreign investors.
Imrahim al-Mubarak highly appreciated the constructiveness of the meeting and confirmed the interest of Saudi entrepreneurs in the development and consistent implementation of joint projects with the Tashkent region.
