A new support program for women couriers in difficult life situations has been launched in Uzbekistan. The initiative was launched by Yandex Uzbekistan and the ONA Foundation. The project is designed for employees of the "Food", Lavka and "Delivery" services in Yandex Go who face difficulties - from single motherhood to serious illnesses or disabilities in the family. The format and amount of support will be determined individually.
Participants will be able to receive legal advice, humanitarian aid, food or goods for children. To apply, you must fill out a special form, after which the application will be reviewed within 5 business days and, if it meets the criteria, transferred to the fund. If necessary, supporting documents may be requested.
The ONA Foundation supports women and children, providing access to treatment, education and social protection. Yandex Uzbekistan has been cooperating with the organization for 3 years, providing charitable trips and deliveries, as well as funding educational grants. Since 2023, 357 million soums have been allocated to the fund's projects.
