From March 10, Uzbekistan has allowed the operation of bilateral passenger flights to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. A corresponding notification has been sent to national and foreign airlines, and copies of it are being actively distributed on social networks.
When organizing flights to Saudi Arabia, it is necessary to take into account the end of the Umrah season so that all pilgrims leave the country before the start of the "Hajj-2026" season. The Ministry of Transport emphasizes that flights must be carried out in compliance with the safety rules and procedures established by the aviation authorities of the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in early March, flights for Umrah trips were temporarily suspended due to the escalation of the situation in the Middle East. Now, the resumption of flights will allow for the safe transportation of passengers and ensure the fulfillment of religious obligations for pilgrims from Uzbekistan.
