At the 13th International Electric Vehicle Expo in Jeju, South Korea, Uzbekistan's Deputy Minister of Transport Ilkhomzhon Abdugafarov presented reforms in the country's transport sector. The main emphasis was placed on digitalization, modernization of public transport, and the introduction of environmentally friendly solutions.
During the presentation, details were provided on the creation of digital platforms for carriers, the transfer of services online, improved monitoring and control, and improved passenger service quality. National strategies for the introduction of electric vehicles and the reduction of harmful emissions were also presented.
The forum, which runs until March 27, brought together representatives from more than 30 countries, including China, Japan, India, and South Korea. The event became a platform for exchanging innovations, strengthening international cooperation, and demonstrating new technologies in the field of electric mobility and green transport.
