A meeting was held in Ashgabat between the Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Ravshanbek Alimov, and the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Guvanch Agajanov, during which the further development of bilateral cooperation in the fuel and energy sector was discussed. Special attention was paid to the implementation of joint projects and the expansion of cooperation between the countries.
The parties noted that, thanks to the political will of the leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, the relations between the two countries have reached a new qualitative level, and cooperation covers a wide range of areas. The energy sector continues to be strengthened by concrete initiatives and practical results.
During the meeting, the prospects for developing cooperation in the oil and gas industry, deepening partnerships, and expanding joint activities were also discussed, which should increase the efficiency and mutual benefit of both countries.
