A meeting was held in the Syrdarya region between the khokim Erkinjon Turdimov and the head of the Hong Kong administration, John Lee Ka-chiu. The main topic was the development of interregional cooperation, attracting investment and launching joint projects in key industries.
The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in trade, logistics, industry, IT and tourism. A special emphasis is placed on the development of startups, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and educational initiatives with the participation of local partners.
Following the negotiations, the participants confirmed their readiness to deepen business ties and move on to the practical implementation of projects. It is expected that cooperation will strengthen economic and technological ties between the regions and open up new opportunities for business.
