The Humo payment system completed 2025 with strong growth in financial performance. The net profit of the operator — the National Interbank Processing Center — reached 312.5 billion soums, an increase of 85.7% compared to the previous year. Revenue increased more than 2 times and amounted to 629 billion soums.
A significant improvement was also recorded in key balance sheet indicators. The company's assets increased to 714.4 billion soums (+64.3%), capital — to 625.6 billion soums (+69.5%). Retained earnings exceeded 452.7 billion soums, showing growth of more than 2 times. In the 4th quarter, profit amounted to 88.5 billion soums, which is 80.7% higher year-on-year.
One of the growth factors was the completed privatization: 100% of the state share in the system was transferred to Paynet, which acquired the asset for $65 million. The deal became a key stage in the transformation of Humo and is expected to support the further development of payment infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
