Uzbekistan's Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov met with Telecontact founder Viktor Volsky. The parties discussed further development of cooperation in business process outsourcing (BPO), expansion of the company's activities in the country, and increasing the export of digital services to foreign markets.
One of the main topics of negotiations was the use of the potential of Uzbek contact centers to serve international clients. Company representatives noted the high level of training of local specialists and expressed interest in opening new offices in the regions. Prospects for creating additional jobs and expanding the range of services provided were also discussed.
The Uzbek side presented the capabilities of the Enterprise Uzbekistan International Center for Digital Technologies, which offers foreign investors special tax, legal, and infrastructure conditions. The company expressed interest in these mechanisms for further business development. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint work on new projects. Today, Telecontact already operates in Fergana and Samarkand, and has also confirmed its participation in the Global Business Services Forum 2026, which will be held in Tashkent on July 24–25.
