Uzbekistan presented its investment potential at the international economic summit "Western Black Sea Region," which took place in the Turkish province of Kastamonu. Representatives of the Uzbek embassy informed the meeting participants about ongoing reforms, conditions for foreign companies, and promising areas for joint projects.

The parties paid special attention to industrial cooperation. Representatives of Uzbekistan and Turkey discussed cooperation in the production of furniture, doors, and wood products, the manufacture of components, and the expansion of direct ties between enterprises of the two countries. During the negotiations, contacts were established with a number of Turkish companies, including Gülcan Mobilya, Dortek, and Zintaş.

In addition, the meeting participants discussed the development of cooperation in education, tourism, mining, and new business projects. Turkish companies expressed interest in entering the Uzbek market, and the parties agreed to organize an exchange of business delegations, B2B meetings, and work on establishing partnerships between the regions of the two countries.
