The Fergana Oil Refinery significantly increased the production of aviation fuel. In August, the enterprise produced 11.2 thousand tons of aviation kerosene against a plan of 7.8 thousand tons, fulfilling the monthly target by 143.6%. For comparison, from January to July, the total output was 15.8 thousand tons, so the August figure significantly changed the average monthly production volume.

The increase in production became possible after the completion of research and qualification tests of the JET A-1 aviation kerosene production technology using synthetic GTL kerosene. After carrying out the necessary procedures, the enterprise received permits for the production of this product.

Against the backdrop of increased output, the plant revised its annual plan: instead of the initial 74 thousand tons, it now expects to produce 85.6 thousand tons of aviation kerosene. The new figure is 11.6 thousand tons, or 15.7%, higher than the previous target. Additional revenue from the sale of the increased volume is estimated at 164 billion soums. In the future, the Fergana Oil Refinery intends to continue increasing the production of JET A-1.
