In 2026, the Tashkent Metro fleet was replenished with 14 modern trains with a total capacity of 56 cars. All deliveries provided for by the program were completed before the start of the new academic year. The renewal of the rolling stock allowed increasing the share of new trains in the metropolitan subway to almost 70% and became part of the program to improve the quality of passenger transportation.
New trains are already operating on four metro lines. Their operation has made it possible to reduce intervals between trains, especially during peak loads. On the Chilanzar line, during peak hours, trains arrive every 1.5–2 minutes, on the Uzbekistan line the interval is about 3 minutes, and on the Yunusabad line — 4 minutes.

On the Elevated Ring Metro line, trains run with an interval of 7–8 minutes. The renewal of the car fleet is aimed not only at increasing the frequency of movement, but also at improving travel conditions for passengers. The Ministry of Transport expects that the new trains will also increase the overall operational efficiency of the Tashkent Metro.
