The Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan has introduced a special Telegram bot — @tourism_murojaat_bot, designed for quick reception of citizens' appeals. The service was created so that tourists traveling to the Middle East through tour operators and agencies can receive timely assistance in unforeseen situations.
Through the bot, users can send requests, indicating their data, and, if necessary, do so through close relatives. Based on the information received, the Tourism Committee will take measures to provide support and assist in the return of citizens to their homeland.
The department urged compatriots to provide accurate and complete information when applying in order to speed up the assistance process and avoid delays in resolving problems abroad.
