The state-owned stake in Uzbekistan's national postal operator UzPost has been transferred to the trust management of WB INT EXPORT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wildberries. This follows from an extract from the minutes of the company's shareholders' meeting dated September 21, 2026. The document mentions a trust management agreement dated December 30, 2025, on the basis of which the Russian marketplace received shareholder rights regarding the state's share in the enterprise.

According to the extract, on March 31, 2026, WB INT EXPORT proposed to include five of its candidates in the UzPost supervisory board. Later, on August 11, the company demanded an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be convened and to consider the election of a new board. The document also refers to Article 65 of the Law of Uzbekistan "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights," confirming WB INT EXPORT's status as a trustee of the state's share.

Following the meeting, a nine-person supervisory board was formed for a term of three years. Five seats were taken by representatives of Wildberries and its related structures: investment and legal divisions, the financial unit of RVB, regional development of WB Bank, and the CEO of WB INT EXPORT Akmal Primkulov. The remaining four positions were distributed among representatives of state bodies and an independent board member.
