Bakhodir Rajabov, a 20-year-old entrepreneur from Bukhara, has raised $500,000 in investment for his startup Surgent in San Francisco. The deal was structured using the standard SAFE model from Y Combinator, with funding provided by the Whop platform through its CEO, Steven Schwartz. Initially, investors considered an acqui-hire format, but the team decided to develop the project independently.

Surgent enables creators and entrepreneurs without technical skills to create digital products: the user describes the idea, and the system automatically launches the service, taking care of hosting, payments, taxes, and legal infrastructure. The startup operates on a subscription basis with a commission on transactions and is developing its own payment system.

Bakhodir started programming at the age of 14, worked at LeverX and in the GenAI team at IBM, after which he focused on his own project. The team currently consists of three people, and the raised funds will be used to develop the product and prepare for the next round. Surgent's goal is to help 100,000 users earn at least $1,000 per month.
